A Queens Birthday crowd resulted in a decent line-up for their well renowned and delicious pies. With plenty of outdoor and indoor seating Stone's Patisserie is a good choice when looking to stay a while for lunch. Plenty of parking is nearby at the Coles carpark. Not needed if you are running of course!\r\n\r\n<div id=\"attachment_23896\" style=\"width: 957px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23896\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23896\" src=\"https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/stones-patisserie-bowral-pie-time.jpg\" alt=\"stones patisserie bowral\" width=\"947\" height=\"710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/stones-patisserie-bowral-pie-time.jpg 947w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/stones-patisserie-bowral-pie-time-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/stones-patisserie-bowral-pie-time-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/stones-patisserie-bowral-pie-time-81x61.jpg 81w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 947px) 100vw, 947px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-23896\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A visit to the busy Stone's Patisserie in Bowral on the Queen's Birthday long weekend.<\/p><\/div>\r\n<h3>Running Stats:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Distance: 2.5km<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Pie Time: 0:15<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Pie Charts:<\/h3>\r\nIn honour of the Queen, we went a little high-brow today with a Lamb, Potato and Lemongrass Pie. Takeaway was available and we sat in a nearby park to enjoy it with our hound in tow.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Pies:<\/strong> Lamb, Potato &amp; Lemongrass.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Pastry:<\/strong>\u00a0The pastry kept up with the high Southern Pieland\u00a0standards we'd come to expect, respect and enjoy.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Filling:<\/strong>\u00a0Interesting flavour, the lemongrass was quite\u00a0prominent and likely, for us, a lesson in being hasty with the sauce. This threw the flavours out a bit. So hold the sauce next time.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0$7.50<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Sauce tax:<\/strong> None!
