Owners Alice and Hugh are passionate about local produce with the cafe is sustained from the produce of their farm and fellow local producers.\r\n\r\n<div id=\"attachment_23922\" style=\"width: 957px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23922\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23922\" src=\"https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/farm-club-australia-cottage.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"947\" height=\"710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/farm-club-australia-cottage.jpg 947w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/farm-club-australia-cottage-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/farm-club-australia-cottage-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/slingadventures.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/farm-club-australia-cottage-81x61.jpg 81w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 947px) 100vw, 947px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-23922\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The working farm combines accommodation with a lovely cafe and a plan for many outdoor pursuits.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\r\nThere are plans in place for a mountain bike trail to be built,\u00a0 trail running events to be hosted and backcountry fly-fishing tours. Other less strenuous nature-based\u00a0trips such as bird watching and indigenous farm walking tours are also on the cards. Their vision is to allow visitors to experience the spectacular outdoor options available in this part of the world. And, enjoy it with homegrown produce and hospitality at the end of the day. Looks like we'll need a return trip very shortly!\r\n<h3>Running Stats:<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Distance: 14km<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Pie Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Pie Charts:<\/h3>\r\nThe Pie Time 'Dine with a Pie' special was a homegrown wagyu beef pie served with relish and optional salad. Wow! Cooked perfectly it was worth all of the 14km it took to arrive in this delightful country cottage in the pielands.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Pies:<\/strong> Wagyu beef<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Pastry:<\/strong>\u00a0The extra flakiness we've\u00a0gotten\u00a0used to was replaced with just good old fashioned\u00a0tasty pastry.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Filling:<\/strong>\u00a0Steam poured out of the pie as we cracked it open. Plus it was served with the most amazing relish I've ever tasted. It all just came together so well. If I didn't have another 4km to run I would have had two!<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong>$14 dine-in pie with the\u00a0salad.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Sauce tax:<\/strong> With relish like this, who needs sauce!
